Automatic refresh of data sources
We use XML as our data source and to test we change the values in that file. We then have to re-connect to the same file and save changes for it to be refreshed in Windward. This is a bit frustrating doing this over and over again so could it be automatically refreshed

My name is Adam Jackson and I'm a Product Manager with Windward. Thanks for reaching out with your suggestion.
After review we have decided that this is not something we are going to add to the product. We designed the system as it currently is now because too many customers complained about extensive latency when we were reading in datasources automatically on open or generation.
We believe that you should be do this with a locally stored XML, and potentially it may also work on your direct network. Alternatively you can use Schemas and if the Schema updates we know we to re-scan the XML datasource.
