Allow manual entries into the Chart Tag legend
The chart tag at the moment only detects values within the data source, causing inconsistencies between values/color (e.g. risk levels) across multiples of the same report.
It would be great to include the functionality to manually add entries to the Chart Tag legend. This would allow consistency creating reports that require uniformity in values and colors.

We are currently in the process of building a brand new chart design wizard, and while it does not manual entries into the Chart Tag Legend we do think it will greatly improve the overall chart design process. We are going to track this request and if it start to receive more votes we'll look into implementing this into a later version of the chart design wizard. Thanks!
