Some of our most innovative features originate with the users of our software. Please use this forum to submit ideas for new features and enhancements to existing features. The more votes from users from different Customers an idea receives, the more likely the feature will be added in the near future.


How can we improve the newest version of Windward Core?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Add format to SET tag

    Similarly to OUT tags, I would like to see a "Format" property in SET tags, so that we can cast numbers to text variables with a proper format.
    This is needed, among other reasons, because the "Format" property of OUT tags is more powerful (has more features) than the functions provided by Windward (esp. the TEXT function). Notably, the Format of OUT tags allows the use of a locale to define the format (decimal and grouping separators), which the TEXT function does not accept.

  4. Ability to view number of pages rendered by environment

    A way to identify the number of pages are executed per environment to determine if we are nearing to allowed license and get alerts to make a decision on increasing the Max Allow usage/Over usage without any disruption to client functionality. Additionally this feature helps in identifying if there is any unwarranted executions happening on a specific environment.

    The page output per machine for a specified time range will be added to the windward store interface for FLEX Licensed Customers. More advanced features related to alerts and programmatic access to this information may be added in future version of the Windward Store.
